"HIGH HOPES" At the end of this course your dog will do the following: SIT on one command, DOWN on one command, COME when called, STAY (in a sit or down position) until released and HEEL at your side, sitting automatically when you stop. It's designed to go beyond just the commands but will also teach how to use them to work on everyday problem behaviors such as pulling, bolting through doors, begging, jumping on people and more. The trainer will teach you how to maintain the training and how to fit it in to your daily routine so that you don't have to set aside time from your busy schedule to work with your dog. "GORDON" Every behavior a dog exhibits is natural but sometimes these behaviors conflict with what we would like the dog to do. This is the essence of behavior problems. There are behaviors we do not like our dogs to exhibit such as chewing, jumping up, pulling on the leash, nipping, etc. Through a behavior modification program your dog will be counter-conditioned to these actions. Dealing with behavior problems such as these is included at no additional cost when you enroll yiour dog in our obedience program.
Some dogs display more serious behavior problems such as aggression, shyness, hyperactivity and many others. For a minimal, addtional fee we offer a program to help with these conditions as well.
We make a point to keep abreast of the newest developments in the area of canine behavior and to implement cutting edge programs of behavior modification with our client's problem dogs.
Stateline Canine offers in-home obedience training where a certified master trainer conveniently comes to your home once a week for the duration of the course. This allows the trainer to spend one on one time instructing you as well as your dog throughout the entire training process. The result is a knowledgeable and trained owner along with a trained dog making a strong and healthy lifetime relationship for both. We get results even with the most severe cases, including aggression and shyness.
